I am a little perplexed as the horn on my car was working and not working after the service? No real explanation other than may be an intermediate fault!

My car was serviced exactly as quoted, in the agreed timescale. Recall work was carried out as required plus the nice touch of a £100 recall compensation voucher from BMW - so great all round really ??
